The multi-agent workspace
Every AI agent. One workspace.
OSMI unifies Claude, Codex, Gemini, Copilot and free GitHub Models into a single, quiet place to build, research and ship — a real terminal, a real editor and your files, all in one window.
- macOS — Apple Silicon & Intel
- Windows x64
- Free — no API key required
Bring your own agent — sign in with the browser, no API key
One octopus. Many minds. Eight arms reaching into every model, every file, every terminal — moving as one.
Everything, in one window
A workspace that thinks with you
Free chat, built in
GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, DeepSeek V3 and Llama 3.3 70B through GitHub Models. Sign in with GitHub once — no API key, no card.
02Many agents, one chat
Claude, Codex, Gemini, Copilot and Mistral — each signs in through its own browser flow, right inside your project.
03Editor & file explorer
A syntax-aware editor with VS Code-style guides, eleven language packs, find & replace and installable syntax themes.
04Terminal & run
A genuine PTY terminal docked under your code — run Python, JS/TS, Go, Rust, Java and C/C++ in one click.
05Notes that think with you
Notion-style blocks — tables, charts, images, to-dos. Edit any block with AI, then Replace or Insert below. Export to PDF.
06Citations & reader
A clean in-app reader: fetch any URL, read it quietly, follow links, and capture it as an APA or BibTeX citation.
07research modeLiterature review
Structured review entries — summary, findings, method — auto-filled by AI from the paper you're reading.
08research modePDF annotation
Natively rendered PDFs with highlights and notes that persist beside your project, in normalized page coordinates.
09Statistical interpretation
Paste any statistical output — OSMI names the test, explains the result, charts it and writes the findings.
10Datasets to insight
Import CSV or JSON, sort, filter and chart your rows — then send them into a note or a chat.
Aesthetics & intent
Designed in three moods
Every surface is hairline and glass — never noise. Pull the tubelight and the whole interface answers: warm white & orange for daylight, deep quiet dark for the late shift — and research mode, where every warm grey swaps for its same-luminance blue twin: dense white surfaces, one cool sky-blue accent, built for long reading.

What would you like to build or research today?
From idea to shipped
Three steps, zero setup
Open your project
Point OSMI at any folder. Your files, terminal and editor are ready instantly.
Pick your mind
Sign in to an agent or use free GitHub Models — switch any time, mid-flow.
Build & ship
Chat, edit, run, research — every tool reaching the same context.
Local-first, locked down
Your work stays on your machine
Owner-only storage
Everything lives in ~/.osmi with 700/600 permissions — audited and re-hardened with one click in Settings.
Crash-safe saves
Atomic writes with automatic backup recovery. A crash or power cut never eats your notes or datasets.
No key harvesting
Agents sign in through their own browser flows — OSMI never sees, stores or proxies your API keys.
Guarded surface
External links are limited to http & https, the editor refuses oversized and binary files, and secrets are written with 600 permissions.
Private preview
Book a demo
OSMI is currently available through guided demos. Tell us a little about your work and we'll walk you through the whole workspace — the agents, the research suite, the three moods — tailored to how you build and study.

Good to know
Questions, answered
Is the AI really free?
Yes — the home chat uses GitHub Models' free tier (GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, DeepSeek V3, Llama 3.3). Connect your GitHub account once in the browser; no API key, no card. Limits are GitHub's free-tier rate limits.
Where is my data stored?
Locally, in ~/.osmi on your machine with owner-only permissions. Notes, datasets, chats and citations never touch our servers — prompts go directly from your machine to the model provider you chose.
Which agents can I bring?
Claude (Anthropic), Codex (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), GitHub Copilot and Mistral — each signs in through its own browser flow, so OSMI never handles your keys.
Who builds OSMI?
OSMI is a product of Al-Majeed Research Labs, a venture of the Al-Majeed Group, founded by Mr. Sulaimaan and Mr. Abdul Rahman.
